We want you to love your Cheeky Tots purchase. This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

1. Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

In terms of ECTA, you may return goods purchased online within 7 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

Conditions:
• The T-shirt must be unused and unworn
• Tags must still be attached
• The item must be in original condition

Return courier costs during the cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Faulty or Defective Items (CPA Rights)

Under the CPA, you may return goods within 6 months of delivery if the item is defective, unsafe, or not as described.

In this case:
• Cheeky Tots will cover return courier costs
• You may choose a refund, replacement, or repair
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

3. Custom & Printed Designs

As Cheeky Tots produces original printed designs:

• Customised or personalised printed T-shirts are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Slight variations in print placement or colour tone may occur due to printing processes and screen settings and do not constitute defects.

4. Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
• Banking processing times may vary.
